Describe:
Fenugreek (Latin scientific name: Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), is the common name of Fenugreek, also known as Fenugreek. Annual herb. 30-80 cm high, with well-developed root system, erect stems, pinnate three compound leaves, and flat petioles. Flowers sessile, calyx tubular, corolla yellow-white or light yellow, ovary linear, pod cylindrical, seeds oblong-ovate. The flowering period is from April to July, and the fruiting period is from July to September.
Distributed in China, the east coast of the Mediterranean Sea, the Himalayas and other places, it grows in fields and roadsides.
