Eggplant extract is rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.Among them, polyphenols and flavonoids are the main components of eggplant extract.They have strong antioxidant effects and can effectively resist free radicals in the body and protect human health.

Eggplant contains 92.8% water.Each 100 grams contains 2.0 grams of protein, 0.1 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of carbohydrates, 1.9 grams of crude fiber, 55 mg of calcium, 31 mg of phosphorus, 0.4 mg of iron, 180 micrograms of carotene, micrograms of vitamin A3o, and vitamin B: 0-03 mg , Vitamin B: 0.03 mg, niacin 0.4 mg, vitamin C 7 mg, as well as trace elements manganese, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin P and various alkaloids.
