Apricot fruit powder is a fine powder made of fresh apricot fruit after being squeezed and dried by spray. This technological process ensures that all the goodness of the apricot is retained and results
in a super-concentrated powder form of its' nutrition.We also use the vacuum freeze-drying technology to freeze and dry the fresh fruits, and use the low-temperature grinding technology to crush the frozen dried fruits. The whole process is carried out under the low-temperature condition. Therefore, it can effectively retain the large amount of antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E in the fresh fruits,
