Eucommia ulmoides oliv is a Eucommia family of E.commiaceae and contains high chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid,also known as 3-car-feoyquinic acid,is a type of phenylpropanoid synthesized by an intermediate of the pentose phosphate pathway (HMS)during aerobic respiration.
